Adventurers

Grades 6-7 in the fall of 2024

Join us for an adventure at Camp Asbury! Fill the week with your favorite camp activities, such as archery, hiking, low and high ropes, cookouts, and more!  Canoe in the lake, experience God’s creation in a nature session, and splash through Eagle Creek. Choose your own adventure as you and your fellow campers decide which adventures to take part in throughout the week! The adventure is yours for the taking! Sleep in cabins.

Giddy Up

Grades 6-7 in the fall of 2024

Spend a week at the farm! Camp Asbury partners with Sand Hill Stable in Mantua, OH, to provide customized daily lessons based on your level of experience. Work with a certified instructor to improve your riding abilities and practice your skills. Learn the ins and outs of horse care and the daily operations of the stable. When you are not at the farm, spend your time at Asbury doing all your favorite camp activities! Take the reins for a great week of camp! Stay in cabins.

Program designed for advancing beginner riders. Prior experience recommended but not required. Includes 10 hours (5 stable visits) spent at Sand Hill Stable.

Cuyahoga Travelers

Grades 6-7 in the fall of 2024

Camp Asbury is a special place, “a land with flowing streams, with springs welling up in valleys and hills.” Explore the birthplace of rivers on foot, on wheels and by paddle! Bike the Headwaters Trail, hike Camp Asbury trails, and top off your week with a canoe trip on the crooked Cuyahoga River. You and your fellow adventurers will share an awesome time on the challenge courses, giant swing, archery range, and more! Get ready for a great week of camp! Sleep in cabins.

Note: Be sure to bring your bike and an approved helmet.
